I don't know what thee hell happened but I just gor in a new stick of PC2100 and ploped it in. BEEP, BEEP, no boot. Yup, pulled out the stick and the 3'rd pin from the left was toast. I have no clue what happened here. I pulled another block from my router box and it worked out just fine. ARRGHH! Any ideas as to what happened here? Can I break out the conductive pen and fix the burnt connector on the RAM?

Thanks in advance for any help on this !

I would contact the place that you bought it from and get them to replace it. Tell them what happened and that another stick works fine in your computer.
