Whats a good mobo for Ocin' a 2.4 Ghz P4?

If you want the i845PE chipset, I like the Abit BH7 (about $84), but right now you'd be better off getting a dual channel DDR Canterwood (i875) mobo like the Abit IC7 ($152). The Springdale (i865) mobos will be a little cheaper if you can wait another couple weeks.
