idea on condensation

after seeing threads and things on painting the board, it gave me an idea. why not paint and clear (to seal) the board to keep from condensation worries? caus if the paint is coverin the board, the water cant touch and short the pins. anyone have any info challengin this idea? itr seems like as long as you mask the silicon itselfe on the chips, and not the pins, they would get covered in paint and you know.... no water.

costs money and it would block connectors
