Run-time bandwidth monitor

Greetings everyone.

Does anyone know of an app. for monitoring memory bandwidth usage concurrently with other programs? There seems to be little point having a huge memory bandwidth if the running programs are not able to make use of the entire theoretical limit. Also, some programs benefit more from a higher CPU clock than the extremem bandwidth, and vice versa. And I mean in the basic sense without getting into memory timings and such.
