DDR450 is equal to PC3600 or 3700?

Figured it out but can't delete this thread: 450/500 x PC4000 = PC3600.
 
I notice a lot of guys with high overclocks on this link are using ADATA DDR450, so I'm gonna try some. They are pretty cheap here in Japan. I have seen PC3600 and PC3700 versions. No doubt they are using ratios though. They should run faster CAS settings than the PC4000:
