I am buying a new board and memory to match up to my 2800 Barton and 9500 Pro. The board is an NF7-S and the memory is either Kingston HyperX matched 256x2 pair of either PC3700 466 mhz or the new PC4000 500 mhz....Will there be any advantages with these speeds of ram on this board or should I save a few bucks and go with HyperX 433 mhz?

HELP! I think I'm going crazy with all this madness!
(Thinking I am really addicted and need counseling)

You truly only need the PC3700 if you go Intel. I have a gig of OCZ PC3500 EL DDR, it is 434 rated cas 2. This ram in tests has gone to slightly over 460 with timings a bit more relaxed. I say save your money and opt for some good 3500.

Also you may be interested to read about OCZ PC3700 EL DDR cas 2.5 it uses 4 ns memory chip from Samsung same as Corsair however their mem chips are 5 ns.

The cas 2.5 is the same mem as the cas 2 Gold PC3700 EL DDR, it will overclcok pretty much as well but at a lower cost might interest you otherwise I would save the cash and get the 3500 Kingston.

i wouldn't get PC4000 this early. the timings on it suck so i'd wait until it's at least cas 2 or MAYBE cas 2.5 with other good timings
