Two water systems with a heat exchanger. like a submarine, cool sea water recieves heat through a closed and seperate fresh water system with the use of a heat exchanger.
I.E. the sea water system, pump,heat exchanger,and power supply in one atx tower with quick connect couplers and hoses
going to main atx case with the fresh water cooling system and its own pumps/power supply ect.
Not too much more for lan.
