Safe mode & P4C800-E deluxe

Anyone know how to get in to safe mode with this board? I hit f8 for safe mode and I get a boot screen! Why would Asus change a windows standard key!

Using XP and bios v1011

I've got the p4p800 so i don't know if they are the same but I also get a boot screen w/ boot drive choices. I select my hard drive(enter) then have to press f8 again to get into safe mode.

Thanks Dan, that worked. I have to hit f8 fast after I select the HD but if I'm slow with f8 then it goes past it. I would think they could have used another key for the boot selection selection though!

No prob. Yeah it took me a couple of trys as well. Now you have to be quick on the f8 not once but twice.
