Water additives

Some people use engine additives, the purple stuff, water wetter, and uv dyes. The question comes with uv dyes, they dye it both in regular light and under UV light, but how does one prevent corrosion and still have a good cooling medium?

I think most people use the UV dye in addition to their anti-corossion additive.

is there a transparent anti corrosion additive?
