computer controlled shut-off valve

I want to hookup to my computer a computer shutoff value (so I can add more water to my water cooled rig.. I already have everything else setup, just need to know how to open/close a valve via my computer)

Any suggestions? outside of, get a shut-off valve, get a servo motor and hook servo up to computer and shut-off valve?
I want something already made.. or something more simple that that..

hmm.. found some more info the name of something I want like this is a solenoid valve, but anyone have a place where i can get these cheap and for small tubing?
