12.5 multiplier?

I don´t have 12.5 muliplier to choose.

I have:

DFI NFII ultra infinity rev A
AMD 2400 Mobile
Kignston 1GB DDR400

Why ? Must I do any mod?

Im not too sure but i believe the latest bios has the higher multiplyers ?

Someone correct me if im wrong but i think i read somewere that you need
to flash to the latest bios ...
