Best Timings for NF-7?

I read somewhere that x-x-x-11 <-- was the best on my board, and I was just wondering if this is true, I have corsair twinx its rated at 2-3-3-6, so I was just wondering if setting that last one to 11 would yield better performance, and that if putting it up that high will allow me to tighten any of the other timings. Currently its running at 200mhz 1:1 with my mobile 2500+ at 2.4 ghz with a 12 multi and 1.65v.

2-2-2-11 are the best timings for nf7!

yes, w/ my bh6 at 2-2-2 timings i saw 500+ point increase in 3dmark01se going from 2-2-2-5 to 2-2-2-11.
