Nedd some advise on P4P800SE board please

Hey all.
I was just browsing the Asus website and found a section on which boards work with which CPUs and the bios needed.
My board has the 1004 bios and I am using a Celeron D 320. The list says I should flash to the 1005.
I have been running it fine for several days and the temps are fine.
Should I flash it?
Fortunately there are at least 2 ways to recover from a bad flash on this board so I'm not at all afraid to, but is it necessary!

Well if its running just fine without problem why flash it, stick with your existing BIOS for now or download the newer BIOS and save it incase you need it.
