the light is not always on. when i put the floppy in it goes in properly and the floppy disk is all the way in.

when i access the drive windows say:
Please insert a disc into drive A;

i reconnected the cables. and there is only 1 way i can connect the power cable to the floppy drive and the flobby drive cable when i turn them around it wont connect.

ok whats wrong? :bang head

yep dos doesnt work either, oh well its cheap so no problem.

i only need it cause I use SATA drives and my disk restore program (drive image) needs the sata drivers of the floppy disk... :(

I've had this problem before. Try switching the floppy IDE cable around. I dont know why but the Floppy IDE cable with fit on both ways and the "upsidedown" way will not work.
