Hi all.
I'm running my athlon mobiles pinmodded @ 133X16. What performance boost can I expect if I switch to 150X14 (if my memory works with higher FSB) ??
What about system stability??

ok.
MSI k7D master L with intel 10/100 PRO S
2 * athlon XP-M 2400 clocked at 133*16 (2133 Mhz) Vcore 1.6V
2 * Thermalright SLK-947U with 80 mm Papst 12 dB fans (<60 degrees celsius at full load)
1 * ATI 9550 128 mb
1 * 256 mb PC2100
1 * 256 bm PC3200
1 * Samsung HD
1 * Enhance ENS-0246 PSU

Well I can't really tell you what kind of performance boost you'll get, but the ones that do oc the FSB/ram on that board usually have it around 145(I believe) So that is about what it should do stable.(as long as your ram can handle it ofcourse.)

I personally think a Higher FSB always makes the system faster over all..And with the chips you have i can see them clock a lot higher then you have them,,

I was at 18x135 on my 2 MP2000+

Oh and that you have mixed ram it might not get a 150 FSB,

I had them running at 150X16 (2.4 GHz) for some time but I had to max the Vcore to 1.85 and the cpus got to hot to use with my ULTRA-silent fans.
I think I will leave the settings as they are for some time if noone can come up with some good reasons to change.
