Office Activation

Alright, I realize that there is a 99.9999% chance that this question has already been posted but I need the help as soon as I can get it.

I put 256 megs more of ram into my computer about 3 weeks ago and the office XP activation wizard keeps coming up (you know the deal) well I can't reactivate because it says that it notices that my version has already been activated, so what should I do?
