is this a good buy?

i found this at direct tiger and dont know if its a good bundle or not there is no reveiws and i am not really hardware experienced http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1530737&Sku=M452-2432 A some people say that via and intel dont go, but i am also limited by budget which is $140, i have cdrom, hdds, video card and case.

i saw that and its only part of the rebate that expires (multiple rebates one expires rest stay) only the 10 bux rebate expires
