quick help where the answer is probably buried in the XP manual

OK do you know the bar on the right side of the IE screen ? the scroll bar ? -- is there a way to move this to the left side ??.. i need to do this on my tablet laptop as i'm left handed and my arm covers some of the screen when i'm scrolling with the pen... heh

afaik, the maker of the webpage would have to be the one to dictate where the scrollbar is. It's not a Windows Setting.
