Mem Test Fails With PCI-E installed?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea why Memtest is failing after I install a PCI-E card into my system?

It works fine with a standard PCI Video card.

It could be your power supply can't keep the volts up once you install a serious video card. If you tell us more about your system, you'll probably get some more detailed answers.

i know with SLI enabled it does take some CPU power. are you overclocking at all?
