I've looked around a bit, and it seems like there's conflicting information.

My question:
Is it still BH-5?

Hmmmmmmm... Yes most likely they are BH5's but they could be TCCD's as well.

And the info that they provided on the site just makes it even more confusing:

Voltage 2.55V-2.95V

Looking at that 2.55V is little low for stock DDR400 BH5 and it's about right for TCCD, but 2.95V is to high for TCCD and just about right for BH5's.

So it could be either or
