pc60

i hae a pc60 plus case. i want to overclock an opteron to 3ghz. i would like relative silence aswell. I need to know what radiator to use and where to put it. my first instinct is to get a pa 160 and install it in the front like marci. I could possibly cool the videocard and chipset aswell. I want to have everything inside of the case. will the pa 160 be good for me or should i do something different? maybe two radiators? one in the bottom front and one up top ?
