Is it save to run ds3 @400 fsb without a fan on the nb heatsink.I have stock voltage in chipset. Does the aiflow in the case make any difference because I have Antec 900 with all fans on high. I don't want break anything because I'm not going to chance my system for at least year. Should I get a fan to the heatsink? Any experiences?

If you dont want to break anything then dont overcock...
I dont know if it can handle it, and yes the airflow in the case matters.
Aftermarket NB coolers are not expensive. So go for them.
