After trying 3 times to MEMORY bench mark my computer after making changes from CAS 2.5 to CAS 2.0 and changes to INTERLEAVE 4 I was able to post this score.

My computer was very unstable and i kept receiving this message,

I just noticed that your 5V rail is running a bit low (4.87V). What kind of PSU do you have? That may be part of the problem.

His 5v is fine. Most of my system run at about 4.7v as well.

DaveB knows where it's at... the Crucial PC2100 should be able to handle fast timings. The 1T command rate screws everything up bad... 2T is way better stability wise. And make sure you up that DIMM voltage, but at minimum I'd ensure that I had some air running over those memory sticks.

I tried those bold setting and the computer would not boot. I then had to clear the CMOS and start over. What I did notice was my CPU now said 1050 Mhz and the FSB 200 even though I have a 1.4 266 fsb cpu. Whats up with that?

I think its time for a new 450w P/S
 
whoa... at 155 FSB? I take that back... the Crucial would probably not be able to handle fast timings at 155 FSB. You might want to consider lowering your FSB if you're after high memory scores.

Sorry, I guess I just now took a look at your sig and realized you were running 155x10.

Give Dave's response a try. I know he was in touch with doc on his setup. 155 should not be too fast for Crucial 2100 at cas 2.

A sytem reset while oc too high may bring your bios back to default speeds. This might explain the system rebooting to a lower Mhz. Just crank the speed back up using different (and reasonable settings).
 
I am first going to purchase a new P/S. This 300w just does not work well. The 5v rail is jumping from 4.87 to 5.16 and making the computer very unstable. Time for a new P/C Cooling 425.
 
I just ran Sandra on my Shuttle AK31 r3/Duron system and got:

Int ALU/RAM Bandwidth 747 MB/s
Float FPU/RAM Bandwidth 886 MB/s

This was at 133 FSB and 7.5 multiplier on a Duron. RAM Settings:

143x7 with the same memory settings gave me:

ALU/RAM 769 MB/s
FPU/RAM 936 MB/s

Would switching out for my TBird (larger cache) up my scores? Maybe someone else who has a KT266A board teamed up with a Duron can post their scores.....

This was at 140 FSB and 10 multiplier on a T-Bird 1.4/AK31.

These setting on my computer gave me a score of 767/946. I then change only 1 value and that was the command from 2 to 1 and then I posted this score, 802/1004. Next I made one more change and that was the DRAM Quene Depth. I went from 4 level to 2 level and posted this score, 802/1016.

This was at 153 FSB and 10 multiplier on a T-Bird 1.4/AK31.
