This is driving me crazy!!
I've probably missed some thing very simple!!

My setup:
E6300
Abit AB9-Pro
X1900GT
1GB DDR2 (one stick, i know i need another!! )

Basically what every i set my FSB and multiplier to it changes when windows loads, CPU-Z and other progs report my multiplier as x6.
I have disabled speedstep in the bio's.

What am I missing? lol

Im going crazy!

cheers

EDIT : Also, I have set my Vcore to 1.4, uGuru shows the voltage as 1.23 and CPU-Z displays 1.050V!!

CPU-Z does not read vcore correctly on these Abit boards. Doesn't sound like speedstep is completely diabled. Try putting a load on the system and see if the multiplier pops back up.
