So I'm in the process of spec'ing and purchasing items for my computer build, and I am a little puzzled when it comes to ram. It's been a while since my last upgrade so I'm a bit behind with the RAM. But I plan on getting the
ASUS P5B Deluxe motherboard and the Intel Core 2 Duo e6600. And as for the RAM, I plan on getting either one of these:

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1100 (PC2 8800)

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

Another question is, if i were to get the ram the RAM that is DDR2 110 (PC2 8800), would that be compatible with the motherboard? Thanks.

Yes, but in order to get that DDR2 1100 speed you would have to do some overclocking.
