Where can I find a P5K3 Premium

Checked Newegg and ZZF as well as a few other of the big name sites. I can't seem to find this board. I've got some spare time and a lot of curiosity on my hands for the next few weeks and I want to get my hands on one of these babies. BTW are these even out yet?

Opps sorry, i was thinking of P5K Premium.

Why do you even want P5K3 Premium? It has on board RAM. So you cant upgrade or add more ram to it.
