abit SA6 - strange problem

been toying with my chip again and finding something odd


it happily boots up to 126fsb, but only with the /3 PCI divider

the /4 pci divider causes a no-post

can anyone shed any light?

This seems to be a bit (ABit....HA HA!) of a problem with 'some' of the ABit boards....No one seems to have come up with a fix just yet....

i think i need to try some other chips in this puppy, like something with 133 default FSB.

well i managed to work around this

i set FSB to 100 and set 4:4:1 and rebooted like that


it was fine

i then change the FSB to 120, which is what i run a lot of the time, and it worked just dandy
