The ultimate motherboard?

I'm planning on building a new rig and am disappointed at the motherboard options out there right now. None have all the features I'm looking for:

SLI (automatically disqualifies all intel chipsets)
eSATA Ports (no nForce boards I've seen have them)
if no eSATA ports, at least 6 internal SATA ports (only 4 on the 680i's)
6 backpanel USB slots
DDR2 memory support

probably asking too much:
sound ports attach through pci-x 1x slot (only seen on ultra high end boards)
onboard wifi
micro-atx variant

Does anybody know of a mobo that has at least some of these features? I can settle.

That seems to fit all your specs.. Might not have eSATA, but got 6 internals...

Onboard wifi I think I've only seen on the Asus boards. Onboard wifi is definatly a nice feature and I miss that from one of the Asus boards I did own.
