mATX motherboard for me?

I'm currently on an asus motherboard locked by HP so I can't do any overclocking on my Q6600. So here's the question, can you guys suggest a good mATX board for me? I'm planning to add a GTX 260 216 in the future(or will the stock 2.4GHz on the Q6600 be fine?). Last question, if I have Vista Home Premium 64-bit preinstalled by HP can I still transfer all my old components to the new motherboard without problem? I have the serial number, but no install disc(Others told me it would be fine, but I wasn't sure).

XFX 8800GT @ 711/1803/979 w/Acclero S1 ver. 2
750 gig Hard drive
Antec P180 case

p5e-vm hdmi.
