Need HELP! OC Asus P6T mobo

Hi i was wondering what are the best settings to overclock my system using the stock fan.

Asus P6T mobo (non-deluxe)
Intel i7 920
4GB DDR3 1333MHz Ram
HD 3870 X2 1G
CoolerMaster Full Tower Case (good air flow)

I was hoping to get around 3Ghz -3.2GHz just using the stock Fan. I am getting around 30C ATM on idle. I am mainly wanting OC When I am Rendering 3D so it will be quicker.

BTW i have never really OC any Pc's before so i am a bit noob at this

I just saw your post. How´s it going with the new board? The best thing to do is get a better fan.

Just try setting BCLK to 150. Watch your temperatures with the stock fan.
