Black Friday deals

I'm building a low end rig, and trying to figure out if there will be good deals for Athlon II X2s and DDR2 ram during the next two months. I've read elsewhere that all of the sales happened during August-October, and that DDR2 deals are pretty much done because DDR3 is catching on. What do you all think?

AMD systems are already cheap, you don't need black Friday deals. Just go to newegg or Tiger Direct and look at there sale pages. Newegg currently have deals everyday, just sign up for their newsletters.

If you have a Microcenter nearby, check there. They destroy Newegg and TigerDirect for CPU prices..

No microcenters arounds, but I won an athlon II off of ebay.
