Chances are not. You will know for sure once you put in a Tualatin cpu in there. It will detect it wrong, although it will still run the chip at the correct speed. The bios update is available to fix it.
I had to flash mine before it would recognize my Chip correctly. As Bonka said, you'll probably need to flash yours too. If your chip dosn't come up on boot up then you need to flash.
The ST6 is made to support the Tually chip. It will boot with a Tually chip. The only problem you may have is the chip not being identified correctly by the bios. Flashing the bios to the newest version would remedy that.
