cpu overclocking

hey guys im new to the forums! wooh me! i might be posting in the wrong forum so please forgive me if i do! but my specs are

munufacture: ASUS eK computer inc.
model: ASUS Notebook K40ij/k50ij series
Processor: Pentium(R) dual core CPU T4400@ 2.20ghz
Ram: 3.00gb
system type: 64-bit oporating system

im trying to overcock/underclock my cpu via bios but i cant get to them at all and wanted to know if my computer would even alow me to.

doubt a commercial laptop will have oc capabilities in the bios.

There is no point in overclocking a laptop. Most of them run very hot to begin with under heavy load so there is no room for increased clocks.
