TUSL2-C owners: change your I/O voltge

Well, as I also said in the vid cards section, I was having problems getting into Windows after adding a GF3 card. I would get a 'red and green square' just before the Windows desktop. I temporarily solved this by setting my CPU speed to default :(

Even a new 350W PSU did not solve this problem. Well, it turns out that the 'defult' I/O of 3.4V did not get along with my GF3! When I set the I/O jumper to 3.3V, which is the widely accepted standard, I was able to OC fine with no more annoying vid card problems. If you are experiencing issues on the TUSL2-C when OC'ing, try the 3.3V setting for I/O and see if it helps!
