Help with my motherboard

É have an ASUS TUA266 motherboard with a celeron tualatin [email protected] 1.64 volt watercooled.I have try the wire trick many times and it doesn't work.Any ideas what happen;Also i would like to tell me where can i find a new bios for my motherboard.

i am also working on that wire trick, i will tell you more when i am successful. about bios update, cannot you find it at asus.com.tw? or try goole.com to find a biosupdate site, which happens to have the newest bios.
