Who is running their RMA department?
They received the board on March 22nd, and today I call and find out that it just reached their repair department YESTERDAY, because they apparently couldn't find it, and they just started testing it TODAY!
So, it's been nearly a month on this one RMA (including the previous one for the same issues it is now over a month), and now the support person I spoke with today informs me that it will be another ten to fourteen days before I can potentially receive some kind of motherboard back once they finish testing it.
If this was the motherboard for my main computer I'd be pulling my hair out by now.
