I purchased a NH-D15 from a member on [H], and the seller provided a sales invoice from PP. I fired off an email to Noctua and requested an AM5 mounting kit. They asked for an invoice, which I submitted the one I received from PP. Took mere minutes and they approved the request and shipped out the kit.

Talk about top notch service!

The center fan on my D14 broke, but did not have receipt, since it was the review model used here.. was a bummer as the blade just shot off lol..

Still a bit bitter
