Hi
Before I upgraded to Win XP I had Win 98 and use to do recordings from a cassete player. The files were about 40 min and in wav format, about 300 mb. Now with XP pro the recording stops after 15 min and says virtual memory is too low, and Media Wizard (which I use to convert) shuts down.
I tried increasing the virtual memory to 192-288 maximum, then 288-576, but with the same results. Then I thought I was doing the wrong thing and put it back to where I had it when using Win 98, which was 90-180.
So I wanna take your advice and see if it works, if not I'll have to go back to Win 98 (which I would hate to do).
Thanks
