I have a p4 1.6 that i have been running with a AVC Sunflower for a while. The temperatures are still in the 40s however. Why is this? I looked at the picture in the review for it and there seemed to be a lot more paste on the heatsink than i have. I have it so it is VERY, VERY thin. In some places there is barely any. Should i put more on?
