system cooling question

They're decent for moving air at a low noise level; however, they're not that practical because you'll be pulling cold air away from the video card's GPU cooler fan (if you have one that is). And if you don't then there's still not much point to it because the hot air you want to exhaust rises to the top of the case.
 
I took mine and balanced it under my HD, dropped my hard drive (Maxtor 40GB D-740X) temps 20 degrees Celsius...now runs at 28 degrees C. :)
