I looking for a computer that I can travel with. I can't really afford a laptop. I was looking at the VIA micro-ITX boards and could get away with one of those, but I'd have to shell out at least $200. But I got a spare computer. Why not put it in a small case. The motherboard in that spare computer is a regular ATX size.

I would just need to put a cd-drive and a regularsized HD in there.

Anyone know of small cases that I can consider?

I was thinking of a case that fits a regular ATX mb since I have an extra one lying around the house.

But that is a small case and a micro ATX board and a case would still be cheaper than a mini-ITX board (those VIA boards).

Smallest ATX case I know of. 15"x15"x8.6" thick.
Dig the way it opens, kindof like a Mac, and with a handle built in.

You'll not want a very tall heatsink on your cpu though, the power supply may stiffle it..
