X-Superalien case making noise

I just built a new system using an X-Superalien case. Here are a couple questions about it since there were virtually no manuals of any sort that came with it (yes, brand new).

1). Aside from the temp sensors and standard MoBo connections, what are all the other connections for? I've never seen a case with so many.

2) After everything has been running fine on my system I decided to do a backup with Drive Image. No problems there, however while the image is being created (more or less in DOS) the case speaker is making all sorts of beeps and boops. Any ideas with this one? *Nevermind* Turns out it was a "Warning Beep" temperature setting in the BIOS settings :p

Thanks
