ok so i just built my system and got finished a little bit ago and come to find out my vid card is stupid I cant play americas army or gta vice city probaly others any one have a clue wahts wrong the card is a geforce mx 440

There's your problem If youre going to go cheap, at least get a Ti4200.

Is that the integrated MX440 or the separate video card? I think the MX440 should run those games just fine at low to mid settings.
Mine did.

my mx440 ran AA on high settings. same with GTA vice city. mine was also the 128mb version

I had the 64mb version and my games ran fine without the eye candy.

use either 40.72s or the latest drivers. your card isnt fast but should work

Heck, I can play AA on a geforce2mx. Also, I used to play on the integrated nf2 geforce4 mx400.

I run my MX440 @ 300/450 with no AA and 2x af 800x600 on UT2k4 and it looks pretty good for a 11 dollar card

th naks was using the wrong driver version
