9800NP Problems?

There is no short story to this....
Got new memory. Had to take out vid card to install it.
After that, would not boot into windows normally.
Took new memory out and put old back in just to see.
Still doesn't boot into windows normally.
Remove all ati drivers. Boots into windows normally.
Add Ati drivers again. Doesn't boot into windows normally.
once I get the time to take the card out and put into another machine I'll see if it does the same.
Until then.. has anyone seen this before?

Sounds to me like an underpowered PSU.

that's making sense now. I just looked at my motherboard monitor and the 3.3v is underpowered. Is my power supply going?

Could be, how far is it undervolting? What brand? How many watts?

it says it the 3.3v = 2.98. it's an Antec 350w.
