good idea for case?

its not really my idea but this is what i have planned for my case (took idea from this case @ mountainmods.com

my idea is gonna be made of a shelving unit, cut down and modded, i will use the hdd cage i have already and the mobo tray (just cut em out)
good idea or no?
EDIT: this is whats it gonna be made from (unless i get some sheet metal for cheap)

Well im sure it will cool well, but for that price why not just go H2O?

what price? the shelf is only 20 CDN and i know ppl that work there (discount) and the fans wouldnt be that expensive (i have a lot already) maybe 50 tops and i cant go wc now, apparently if i do my computer wont be in my house (stoopid parents> they think becuase they have a virus scanner they wont get a virus or spyware when they download crap)

anyone else got opinions on this? (i need some plz)
