hello all

i just put this system together and i have my fsb set to 115
witch gives me a 920 V1.80 overkill fan form 3dcool and
artic silver II idle its runs at 32c put when i play games witch uses 100% of the processor the temps hit 50c is that i big diff.
or am i wrong??

temps are going by MBM5

Yes that's a little bit high unless your ambient temps are above 30C(!). My coppermine at 1.85Vc did not get above 47C full load when it was 31-32C uphere last summer. What cooling do you have? and what mobo? cuz MBM5 might also be off a little.

down under is the specs hmmm I thought Intel cpu would be the place I don't really want amd fans opinion

That is High !!!!

My system is similar to yours and my temps have never been that high. Maybe you could move a little more air around in your case. Playing Q3 all day long I never exceed 43 c.....The c-mines been known to get weird at anything above 45c

Hello again I put a lead on my heatsink with my digit doc,
the temps are 30/34.3c could the board be off that much

mbm5 32/50c and I notice when I shut down the game
on the mbm5 drops right to 40c then starts a slow decline

Thanks:cool:
