Nice find, but is this an OCZ rebate or a Fry's Rebate? I've heard some bad things about Fry's rebates.

I'm not sure whether it's an OCZ rebate or a Fry's rebate, but on Newegg, there is a $15 MIR from OCZ on this poewrsupply, so it might be OCZ.

well i bought my ocz modstream 450 from monarch and it is an official ocz mail in rebate.....but i dont know if its the same with fry's.

Me too. I bought mine 520ADJ from the Egg for $139. That is a great deal. I don't know how they are making any money on those things. These PSU's are great. Even at $139 I don't see how they sell them for that. $99 is a giveaway man. That's an incredible deal.
