overclocking an pentium d development chip

hi all i have an pentium d develomnent test chip it is clocked at 3.0ghz with a fsb of 800mhz and an multiplyer of 15x or 14 i can set at which ever i what i am using the rig below with out the core 2 duo of corse as i am using the pentium d right now. my question is if i have suficent cooling can i get the fsb to 1033mhz right now on a 800 mhz fsb i idle at 30c~34c and at load is is 37c~41c i have a coolermaster gemin 2 but every time i clock the fsb to 1033 the computer just sit there with a blank screen and the power light is flash slowly and if i clock it to any thing above 3.4~3.5ghz it does that same thing i am putting +.2~+.25 volts extra in to it is that my probleam how much extra voltage suold i put in to it plz help me

p.s. the mainboard supports any thing up to a fsb of 1333mhz
