E6320 oc Question

What type of clocks will i get with

E6320 with an not too expensive cooler (recommend me plz 50 usd max, i was thinking blue orb2 or asus v-60, they are really cheap in australia.)
Gigabyte P35-S3
OCZ system elite 2GB ddr2-667

I have no idea how the E6320 clocks so i am guessing you guys would know? also how much of a preformance decline will using ddr2 667 be against using ddr2 800?

E6420 but i am really tight on $, sooo will the E6320 reach 3.0 + ghz?

probably will, but your gonna need faster ram if you plan to use the 63, get the 64 and you will have an 8x multi
