psu and elecricity question?
if i have psu that is 750w but my system only use 400W the psu consomme all 750W from the electricity or only the 400W ?

it will only consume what is needed. basically it will only consume the 400w.i7 5820k - Asus x99-s - 16gb Avexir 2400mhz - 980 GTX reference - 120gb Samsung EVO (OS) - HGST 24x7 7200rpm 3TB (Games and programs) - Seagate 500gb 7200rpm (Everything else) - HAF X, h100i cooling and a 650w Superflower Gold PSU

when a PSU is listed as 800 watts then that is the maximum load you can put on it, if you dont use 800W then it wont affect anythingJoin the OCF Starcraft Clan
